$250 Grocery Gift Card Giveaway — Terms and Conditions

This giveaway is open to residents of Nova Scotia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Breath Factory and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

To enter the draw, participants must:

• Complete the online Sleep Health Quiz available here.

Bonus Entries may be earned by:

• Tagging a friend on the related Facebook giveaway post and
• That tagged friend completing the quiz through the same link

There is a limit of one (1) entry per individual from the quiz submission, plus one (1) bonus entry if a friend is tagged. Multiple entries from the same individual using different contact details will be disqualified.

Entries will be accepted from the date of campaign launch until 11:59 PM Atlantic Time on July 31, 2025.

• One (1) winner will receive a $250 grocery gift card to a major local grocery chain (e.g., Sobeys, Superstore, or equivalent).
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The winner will be selected by random draw on August 1, 2025.
• The winner will be contacted by telephone using the number provided in the quiz form.
• If the winner cannot be reached within 5 business days, another draw may be conducted.
• The winner’s name (first name and last initial) will be publicly announced on The Breath Factory’s Facebook page.

By entering this giveaway, you consent to The Breath Factory collecting and using your name and contact information solely for the purposes of administering the draw and contacting the winner. If you have asked us to contact you for an appointment for your sleep results, we will call you separately. Your personal health information will remain confidential and will not be used for any promotional purposes.

The Breath Factory reserves the right to:

• Cancel or modify the giveaway at any time, with or without notice
• Disqualify any participant who violates these terms or attempts to tamper with the entry process
